Returns and exchanges

We are committed to providing the best quality teas and related products. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please do get in touch with us and we will make it our utmost priority to remedy the situation. For all enquiries: info@mzansiteahouse.co.za

If you have received an order that is tampered with and/or broken, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and provide picture evidence.

We are unable to offer exchanges or returns on TEA as it is considered a perishable food item. We are always available to advise you on your purchases (via email or social media direct messaging) to ensure you make the most suitable purchases for your taste. If you are unsure, we recommend emailing us to request a sample quantity.

Our teas are meticulously chosen, stored in optimal conditions for freshness and packed into mylar bags in Johannesburg, ensuring they remain in cool, dark places until they reach you. We recommend storing them similarly, and additionally, we recommend keeping green teas, lightly oxidised oolongs and blends containing botanicals (like jasmine) refrigerated.
