Our admin will communicate when the order is completed and on its way. If you selected “Drop Off”, you will receive communication from Mzansi Tea House directly. If you selected “PUDO locker” or “Standard Courier”, you will receive communication from the courier company from the time your order has been completed until it arrives.
If you have received an order that is tampered with and/or broken, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and provide picture evidence.
