DARK & PUERH

These teas go through an additional process of fermentation in their processing, sometimes over several years.

Puerh teas all come from the region of Yunnan, China and neighbouring areas, like Vietnam. It uses the Camellia Sinensis var. Assamica (larger leaves). Shou (ripe) Puerh goes through accelerated fermentation while Sheng (raw) Puerh undergoes an organic fermentation process.

Liu Bao is a fermented tea from Guanxi, China and uses smaller leaves.
